Due to the nature of skincare products, we can only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.

3. Refunds

Shipping fees are non‑refundable.

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the unused product (if eligible) and place a new order.
